About
Eight years turning strategy into closed gaps.
I'm a business growth consultant and joint-venture deal maker with eight years across business management functions. I help owners put deals together, add new products and services, and grow the revenue their business is already capable of.
My work isn't theory pulled from a single book. It's a synthesis of the strategists who defined modern business growth — Jay Abraham, Chet Holmes, Roland Frasier, and Ryan Deiss — assembled into one operating system and applied to your specific gap.
How I work
Diagnosis before prescription.
Most consultants arrive with a template and force your business into it. I start the other way around — with a structured interview that surfaces what's actually happening: where revenue comes from, what a customer is really worth, which channels are underworked, and where the friction is. Only then do we choose levers.
That diagnosis almost always reveals the same thing: the growth you're looking for is already inside the business. Under-monetized relationships. Offers that were never tested. Referral engines that were never switched on. My job is to find those assets and put them to work — in the right order, with numbers that prove it.
What you can expect
- Straight talk about the gap between where you are and where you could be.
- A sequenced plan — not a 90-item to-do list you'll never finish.
- KPIs and unit economics so progress is measured, not assumed.
- A path to systematize and scale, so growth doesn't depend on you being in every seat.
The fastest growth rarely comes from something new — it comes from fully working what you already have.
